Oxidized wax

Oxidized wax is a synthetic wax that has undergone oxidation modification treatment and is specially designed for PVC processing optimization. The polar functional groups such as carboxyl and hydroxyl groups are introduced into its molecular chain, significantly improving the compatibility and dispersibility with PVC resin. Oxidized wax has the following core characteristics:

1. Excellent thermal stability: The melting point range is 100-120°C, which matches the PVC processing temperature (160-200°C), allowing for uniform dispersion during the melting stage and effectively reducing the risk of thermal decomposition.

2. Dual lubrication effect: It has both internal lubrication (reducing friction between molecular chains) and external lubrication (reducing adhesion between the melt and equipment) functions, improving processing fluidity and enhancing extrusion/calendering efficiency.

3. Synergistic stabilization effect: It works in synergy with metal soap stabilizers (such as calcium/zinc) to inhibit the deHCl reaction of PVC and prolong the thermal stability time of the material.

4. Surface modification ability: Enhance the surface gloss of the product (≥85 GU), reduce precipitation and fogging, and is suitable for products with high transparency or outdoor weather resistance requirements.
